Elena Fabbricatore graduated with honors in Law in 2021 from Roma Tre University with a thesis in administrative law on "Pre-contractual liability of Public Administration in public procurement procedures." She completed the theoretical and practical training internship under Article 73 of Legislative Decree 69/2013 at judicial offices. She obtained a second-level Master's degree in "Digital State" from Roma Tre University. She is qualified to practice law and provides specialized consultancy on personal data processing. In 2022, she won a Ph.D. scholarship in Administrative Law at Roma Tre University, and her research project focuses on the delivery of healthcare services through Telemedicine. She has provided support for teaching within the High School for Administration at Roma Tre University. She supports the chairs of Administrative Law and Health Law at Roma Tre University. She collaborates with the scientific journal "Il Foro Amministrativo" and with the web editorial committee of the Interdisciplinary Center for Health Law Studies.
