Cecilia Valeria Sposato obtained her Master's degree in Law at Roma Tre University in the 2017/2018 academic year, with a thesis in Administrative Law titled "Publicly Held Companies and Their Connection to the Institutional Objectives of the Public Entity Owner" (110/110). In 2023, she won a PhD in Administrative Law at the Department of Law at Roma Tre University, with a research project on "Public-Private Partnership in Healthcare: New Perspectives for the Development of Innovative Products." She actively collaborates with the chairs of Administrative Law (Prof. Maria Alessandra Sandulli) and Health Law (Prof. Flaminia Aperio Bella), as well as with several legal journals in the field. She is a lawyer and has worked with law firms, particularly in the fields of administrative, healthcare, and pharmaceutical law. Since 2022, she has been employed at Agenas (National Agency for Regional Health Services, which also became the Agency for Digital Health) where she holds the position of Professional Administrative Collaborator in the UOSD Digital Health and Telemedicine.
