Giuliano Serges is a senior university researcher senior in Constitutional and Public Law, qualified for the role of Associate Professor at the University of Rome "Roma Tre." He is also the founder and, since 2021, President of the Committee of Young Italian Constitutionalists. In 2018, he obtained a PhD in Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights from the University of Pisa and a PhD in Public Law from theUniversity of Toulon (France). He is the author of several publications mainly concerning the system of sources of law, constitutional justice, the protection of fundamental rights, and the organization of local authorities.
