Niccolò Paoloni is Associate Professor of Business Administration at the Department of Law, University of Roma Tre, where he teaches “Business Administration” and “Economics, Strategy and Management of Banks. He received his PhD in 2016 from the Department of Business Administration at the University of Roma Tre, after graduating in 2012 from the same university. His main research topics include accounting, financial sustainability, innovation, relational capital, bank-business relationship, corporate crisis and restructuring, and female entrepreneurship. He has participated as a speaker at numerous conferences in Italy and abroad. He is the author of many publications about that topics. His recent publications have focused on Alternative financial strategies and agri-food sustainability, in “British food journal”, Vol. 125, 2023, n.13 pp. 183-204; Food, Innovative finance, Sustainability, Mini-bonds , in “British food journal”, Vol. 122, 2020 n. 4, pp. 1040-1055; Industry 4.0, Sustainable business model, Capability providers, Sustainable industry 4.0 environment, in “Management Decision”, Vol. 58, 2020 n. 8, pp. 1759-1777. In 2023 he was member of organization committee of IFKAD (International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics) Conference “Managing Knowledge for Sustainability” and presented one scientific paper “Gender Bond, Innovative Financial Tools in Woman Enterprises” in “Innovative Finance Tools, Digitalization and New Technologies for Sustainable Female Entrepreneurship Development” chapter and one more scientific paper “Social Media in Agribusiness the Way for Sustainability” in “Diversity Management as a Sustainable Governance Strategy in the Private and Public Sector.
