ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF EUROPEAN UNION LAW AND VICE-COORDINATOR OF EUROPE DIRECT
Teresa Maria Moschetta is Associate Professor of European Union Law at the Law Department of Roma Tre University. Since 2021 she has been the Co-coordinator of the Europe Direct Roma Tre University where she organizes public events to disseminate knowledge about European Union policies. Her publications and two monographs on European Union Law cover a wide range of competences and questions concerning, inter alia, legislative harmonization, legal standing, energy, foreign investments, international protection, human rights. She has also focused on questions relating to the EU Green Deal, GMO, animal welfare.
